About Us

DayEntrSyler:

My name is Syler Guthrie. First, I love my life and the people in it the most. Second, I love the game of finding a way to make a dollar. I find myself contemplating the selling price of various items in my room all the time.

I am a deep thinker and quick to jump on my most recent “great” idea. I question everything and everyone. I am not interested in how things have been, but how they are changing and what is next.

I live in North Carolina. I am a business college student at East Carolina University. I love my state and I love my University even more. The problem for me though is that a majority of business classes are taught as lectures where “the workplace” is a fantasy land that one day will be our reality. My personality allows me to learn things very quickly when put on the spot, in real situations. In hypothetical situations or vague examples though I lose all interest. As a Small Business and Entrepreneurship I believe this blog just makes sense. It is real life day to day, its the content I love and I can learn so much from the realities of other entrepreneurs. So here we are..

I wish to build a community that feeds on the entrepreneurial spirits of its members. I want to introduce you to people who are small shop owners, fitness trainers, artist, tech guys, stock traders, etc. who are paving their own path. Not so much the public images of these businesses we see on social media or their websites, but to focus on who the entrepreneurs are and what they are actually doing to make their dreams come true. Real people trying to leave their mark on the world in one way or another, that is who I want to promote and encourage to join.

To make Dailyentrepreneurship.com a success is MY main goal and to see it thriving with great content and large amount of interaction would be killer. I will be documenting my own daily life as a current student, part-time employee and newly blogger as I work towards that goal. I hope I can have a positive impact on your days as a entrepreneur. If nothing else, I think the feeling that there is a community out there that has your back along the way could do amazing things.
